Sealed Bids for Rich Mountain Electric Cooperative Vehicles
Beginning December 2, 2024, Rich Mountain Electric Cooperative will accept sealed bids in our Mena Office.
Anyone interested may bring in their sealed envelope, marked BID ENCLOSED, or mail it to P.O. Box 897, Mena, AR 71953. Please include a good contact phone number with the bid.
Rich Mountain Electric will accept bids until the close of business on January 30, 2025.
All vehicles may be inspected at our poleyard location in Mena on Fairgrounds Road from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm Monday-Friday beginning December 2, 2024. Contact Brian at RMEC at 479-394-4140.
Winning bids will be notified by phone once the bidding period has closed and arrangements will be made at that time for pickup.
All payments must be made and vehicles/equipment must be removed by February 7, 2025 or the bid is VOID.
