Use the Pay Now link, automatic bank draft, smarthub App, Pay by phone (1-844-849-1513), Pay in person at the office (convenient drive-thru), or pay by mail.

Apply through the website or in person at the Mena or Dierks office.

Application for Service

The bylaws of Rich Mountain Electric Cooperative, Inc. require any person, firm, association, corporation, or body politic or subdivision to be a member of Rich Mountain Electric Co-op, Inc.  by making a written application for membership therein, to purchase electric energy. A husband and wife may apply for joint membership, which constitutes one (1) membership.

Service Information

A special program is available to the members who qualify as elderly (at least 65 years old) or handicapped (as defined by Arkansas Public Service Commission Rules.)

I authorize Rich Mountain Electric to electronically debit my account monthly, for the amount stated on my bill(s) and if necessary, electronically credit my account to correct erroneous debits.  I understand this authorization remains in full force and effect until I notify Rich Mountain Electric in writing, at least five days before the due date.
